Please clarify the situation: liver tests are normal, antigene HBs - negative, anticorp anti HBS - negative, anticorp anti HBc totaux (total) - positive index> 8,0 (rules of the laboratory: Negative from 0,8 to 1,2 bolshe1, 2 - put)). After that, the doctor recommended to PCR (ADN PCR) results as follows: <400 cop, <2,6 log. The doctor said that I was infected with hepatitis B and safely resolved. Then why do I have no anti-HBS??? I implore answer my question. Tests done two years ago in France (where I am in a long business trip) after gastroscopy and colonoscopy in Moscow (10 months after these procedures). I'm very insecure and always watch for health problems. I tried to ask my French doctor to repeat all the tests, but he does not want to say that I am well. Is this true? And how likely is it that I may have chronic hepatitis B?
