A week ago, made the first vaccine against hepatitis B (I know what is done in three stages) before a trip to Thailand - Engerix. The pharmacy did not warn that the vaccine should be stored in the refrigerator, found out about it until the next day even after I entered it intramuscularly. At room temperature (in pocket), it was about 13-14 hours. In this regard, two questions (urge to answer, because no one pharmacy I was not given clear information, but I just do not know what to take now!): 1. How many hours (maybe minutes ...), this vaccine may be chronic at room temperature and does not deteriorate 2. If I injected "water" that is now taken (I'm off to Thailand 09.12.2006g., 07-08.11 plan to be vaccinated against hepatitis A) - buy new and take the full course again, to make routine immunization one month from the first new vaccine? ... I'm at a loss ...

Respond Tatyana Stepanova, a gastroenterologist, hepatologist Get vaccinated against hepatitis B again. Damage from this will not happen. There is such a scheme. Apparently, the vaccine died. Similar question: How long before the trip must be vaccinated against hepatitis A? And if it can be done without a survey?
